RETAIL PARTNER REQUIREMENTS
Rahua by Amazon Beauty® Inc. (ABI) works with Retail Partners who stand behind our prestige, luxury positioning. We provide Retail Partners with suggested retail prices for our complete product range.
As a highly valued Retail Partner, we expect your organization to:
- Exert all commercially reasonable efforts to maximize sales of Rahua Products and maintain the luxury perception, desirability and maximum visibility to enhance the image of the Rahua Brand and further the reputation of the Products.
- Support, marketing efforts and promote Rahua products to your customers, as well as new launches and other strategic initiatives.
Selling or reselling Rahua products to anyone other than the end user is prohibited. ABI prohibits retailers from knowingly diverting its products to all non-authorized resellers. If a Retail Partner is found to be diverting products, the Retail Partners will lose the right to purchase future ABI products, and may also face a financial penalty, as well as be held liable for legal fees incurred as a result of any investigation, and all costs related to the products being removed from unauthorized sale, including shipping back to a Rahua warehouse, destruction costs, etc.
Retail Partners are not allowed to market, sell or make products available directly or indirectly on amazon.com. If products sold to a Retail Partner are found to be available on amazon.com, the Retail Partner may lose the right to purchase in the future.
Retail Partner agrees to adhere to Rahua's carefully prepared brand standards and visual guidelines and agrees to make all reasonable commercial efforts to maintain the prestige look, feel and positioning of the brand. Brand standards and guidelines are regularly updated and available for use by our Retail Partners via Dropbox link.
ABI must pre-approve all e-commerce images and copy for retail websites, if Retail Partner intends to use images and descriptions not provided by ABI. This will ensure that ABI and its product lines are properly represented. In addition, ABI must also pre-approve any in-store, print advertising and promotional materials related to its product lines that has not been provided by ABI via its brand standards and guidelines.
DAMAGES & SHORT SHIPMENTS
If an order is damaged during shipment or is delivered with missing items, please take a photograph of the shipment/shipping carton/pallet as you received it and email photo(s) to firstname.lastname@example.org with the order # and UPC Code # written in the subject line. All damages or shortages must be reported within 7 days of receiving the order.
All returns must be pre-authorized by ABI. Unauthorized returns will be rejected and will not be credited.
ORDER REQUIREMENTS & PAYMENT TERMS
ABI requires pre-payment for all orders. Upon receipt of payment, orders will be processed promptly.
Orders may be subject to handling fees.
Shipping fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.
